The terms "you" and "your" refer to the users of the Rubrin App, while "Services" denotes the various offerings provided by Rubrin on or through the Rubrin App.

By using the Rubrin App or submitting any personal information, you agree to the terms of this Policy and consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as outlined here. This Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Use.

OPT-OUT

By creating an account, you agree to receive emails from Rubrin. You may adjust your email preferences via your account settings or unsubscribe directly from promotional messages, though certain essential notifications cannot be opted out.

To request data deletion, please contact rubrinfooddelivery@gmail.com. Requests will be processed within 5 business days, after which no data processing will occur unless legally required.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Customer Cancellation

Orders cannot generally be canceled once placed. Cancellations are allowed within one minute of ordering, but Rubrin may deny refunds or suspend accounts if frequent cancellations are observed.

For cancellations beyond one minute, Rubrin may retain 100% of the order amount as compensation for breach of terms.

Non-Customer Cancellations

Rubrin may collect penalties for cancellations due to issues like incorrect addresses or inability to contact the buyer. In such cases, Rubrin may retain 100% of the order amount as a penalty.

For cancellations due to issues outside the customer’s control, like unavailable items, buyers may be entitled to a refund of up to 100% of the order value.

Specific Terms for Grocery, Pet Store, and Other Orders

Non-cancelable and non-refundable except in cases where:

  • The order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time.
  • The store declines the order due to unavailability of items or other issues.

Rubrin will review each cancellation request and issue refunds if the cancellation meets applicable conditions.

Refunds

Refunds for prepaid orders may be allowed if the order is undelivered due to Rubrin's or a partner's failure. Refunds are processed according to the following timelines:

Issues like damaged packaging, incorrect orders, or missing items should be reported immediately to Rubrin Customer Care.

Alcohol Orders

Alcohol orders are non-cancelable once placed. Refunds may be considered if delivery is delayed beyond two hours or canceled by Rubrin or the store.

Important: Inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately of any issues. Once delivery is accepted, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
